Welcome to my web site, and thanks for visiting. Let me start be introducing myself. I'm a Broker in the New Braunfels, Marion, Seguin areas of central Texas. I am also known as the Dailey Poet, because I write a column by the same name in the Seguin Daily News and the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung. I sell Lake McQueeney waterfront property along with New Braunfels and Seguin waterfront properties and general real estate in the Seguin, New Braunfels, and Marion areas as well as all of Guadalupe county and surrounding areas.

Upcoming Events
The Guadalupe County Humane Society has a clothing, etc. drop off box at their Hwy 46 location. For every pound of clothing the Humane Society receives money to help feed the pups and kitties!

The Dailey Poet
The Dailey Poet column for the Seguin Daily News and the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung.
Many people ask me how I got my poetic start. Ever since I was in High School, poetry for birthdays, holidays and just for fun came easy and made simple things more interesting. On my daughters' snack packs for kindergarten I would write rhymes encouraging them to behave or have fun that day!
It is so touching to me that my rhymes make people smile and are often saved for family keepsakes. There is so much positive and good in Seguin, that it is a pleasure to write “The Dailey Poet”.
